Hi Nikil, unfortunately this forum is probaly not the best to get that particular issue resolved since the team that monitors this forum is focused on software architecture/development as well as SDLC tools/process.

That said, I would encourage you to have a look at MS and Novels KBs. For example KB arcticle 312005 (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;312005), suggests to use the Microsoft Client for NetWare instead of the Novell NetWare Client to solve a similllar issue with NTBackup.

You can also try one of the Windows Server newsgroups listed at http://www.microsoft.com/technet/community/newsgroups/serveros/win2003.mspx. They have forums for file services, network services etc.

We did try the recommended approach and that did not work for us. I spoke to an MS engineer who may have worked on the Netware client and I don't think we have a clear solution to our problem.
