Hi all.

Im currently looking at the feasibility of deploying LCS and whether it can fit the requirements from the higher management.

1) Is LCS able to receive a msg and route the msg to an appropriate service personnel who will then talk to sender?

2) Can other Instant Messaging services like MSN, yahoo, AOL etc, add someone from the LCS to their list of friends?
