Windows Group Policy Editor

I want to create an application in Visual Basic 6.0 through which i can change the settings of the Microsoft Windows Group Policy Entries. I want some help about this that how can i do this?

Please, can somebody tell me how can i do this? ITs urgent, i have to do this within some days.
