Trouble installing BSM Reporting Service

I have a server with both SQL Server 2000 and 2005. And on this server I have SQL 2005 Reporting Service set up.

When installing the BSM Software, it fails to see that I have SQL 2005 Reporting and says I do not have SQL 2000 Reporting Service installed.

How can I get around this? We do not have 2000 Reporting Service.
