Does some API like qWave exist for WinCE platform ( 5.x or ... ?)

Pavel, the QoS2 api (and its qWave technology) that I've written about is new to Vista. I am sure that this specific api is not available currently on other platforms.

I don't know enough about WinCE to answer questions specific to it. John Spaith, from the WinCE team, has a blog entry describing where to ask WinCE question. Hopefully, you can find the answer to your question there.
