what should the OEM XPS Printer Driver?

I read the docuement of MS about XPSDrv printer driver. But I can not understand clearly. What should we do? The XPS writer? as I known, the vista system can provide it. The filters? only this? As the document said, the XPSDrv printer driver must be basiced on UniDrv and postscript driver?
