OTP Vista Rollback Problem

I tried to install Vista Beta 2 but it would not boot. I then did a rollback which said it was succesful but now I can't get back to Windows XP. It boots just past the login screen then hangs. I even tried to boot into safe mode and it still hangs. Any suggestions?
