proxy authentication required error

hi all,

iam trying to use msn search but i allows gets this error :

"proxy authentication required ( the isa server required authentication to fulfill the request ,access to web proxy is denied"

how can i solve this problem

has this site been authorised via the proxy, is there a block on that page?
