Is VSTO found in Visual Studio 2005 Professional Edition?

I am looking for the Package Wizard in the Access Developers Extenstions, but I don't see it. Am I missing something?

I have Access 2003 and would like to distribute runtime apps. Thanks in advance.

No, Visual Studio Tools for Office is not included in Visual Studio 2005 Professional. It's a separate product that includes its own version of Visual Studio, and it can be installed to merge with an existing installation of Visual Studio Professional.

VSTO is included with the Visual Studio Team System products, though. There are some more details here:
