I'm developing in C# and I'm using Office 2003.

My poblem is that I want that all incomming Email are wiroking witz my SmartTags which are searching for article numbers. What I have to do for it?

Check out this article on MSDN it explains the process of building an application level smarttag in managed code. Eric Carter's book Visual Studio Tools for Office: Using C# with Excel, Word, Outlook and Infopath also goes into great detail on this topic starting at page 666:)
