I have started a new project of C# using Visual studio tools for Office 2005 (Excel 2003).

But I cannot run it.. While running it shows

"The customization assembly could not be found or could not b loaded. You can still edit and save the document. Contact your admisnistrator of he author for this document for further assistance."

Can somebody help me in this regards.

When you say "run", do you mean opening the Excel workbook outside of the VSTO environment? Have you checked the "troubleshooter" here:

Look for the section "Assembly Cannot Be Found or Loaded"

Hi Cindy,

"Run" means pressing "F5" and executing the project from Visual Studio 2005 environment.

on pressing "F5", the project starts, excel sheet opens but after that the error is showing.
