Can any one point me in the right direction? The bottom line of what I want to do is to have the WF Exployer (or whatever) edit an item based on work item ID I give it in a C# app. I have the SDK but I really don't want to write my own maintenance logic.

I see that third party tools like TeamLook can do it. At least it looks very much like the maintenance form the pops up in the IDE.
