Where is the Authoring Work Item Types.doc?

Hello, I've just installed Visual Studio 2005 SDK (2006.09) and I can't find the Authoring Work Item Types.doc

Where is it?

They should be available under "VisualStudioTeamSystemIntegration\Work Item Tracking"

No it was not there. Could someone please upload it?

You are right, I just installed that version of SDK and I do not see it there, looks like we missed to add documents for WIT in later versions. I'll follow up with folks here to find out what happened.
