We are also seeing this from time to time and it is now enough that I think we will investigate fully to make sure it is antivirus or desktop search. The problem with this is that when you try to debug it the file gets touched so fast by whoever it is that is almost impossible to really catch it when it happens. We have even tried some pretty suffisticated tools to be able to get the handle but with no luck.
