Team System Warehouse Problems

Hello,

About five days ago I started seeing a bunch of errors in the Windows Application Event Log. I've been searching for solutions for the past few days with no luck so now I'm posting here.

Here's the errors I'm getting in order:

This group of these 3 errors repeats for a total of 5 sets of these 3 errors which all happens over the course of about 2 seconds time. Then I'll see this pattern repeat every couple of hours.
