Hello, I have some problem with adding new user to group membership

The Team Foundation Server checks the status of AD groups once every hour. If you need the changes to take effect immediately, you can add the user directly to the TFS group and the user should then have the proper permissions.

After an hour has passed does the user still not have access to the TFS?
