I have the TFS project. I need to create one more project with the same SharePoint portal (with the same document repository).

How can I do it?

With TFS V1, you cannot point multiple projects to the same portal. During project creation, if you choose to create the sharepoint site, it has to be a new site for that project. You can choose to skip this step, upload the docs you need for that project to an existing portal and inform users about the portal location.
