Sharepoint Portal Error 2003 Urgent!!!!!

Dear all,

I need help. My company Sharepoint portal have some problems. When I upload any docs, it show below:

"Form Validation Error

Please correct the information you provided by following these steps, then submit the information again:

Web server is busy. Please try again."

What can I do?....Pls help Thanks
