When trying to install Team Foundation Server on a single server it fails with the error

29112 Team Foundation Report Server Configuration: Report Server is not properly configured ...Use Report Server Configuration tool

Report server looks good to go with all green checks and the default application pool in IIS is set to 'Network Service'.

However, when i try http://localhost/reports I get

Invalid URI: The hostname could not be parsed. - to fix this error I tried the DisableLoopbackCheck fix outlined in http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;896861 But this did not fix the issue.

Any ideas?
