failure: 29108 + 29106

hello all, there is an problem i'm trying to solve. i have installed on my server the sql server 2005 and the data tier. there is also virtual server on that machine. on the virtual server is an virtual machine, where i installed report services. so, i'm trying to install the aapplication tier also on the virtual machine, but at the end of the installation, the failures 29108 and 29106 came alternating across my way.
does anyone have allready solve a problem like that? or does somebody knows if it works with a virtual machine?

Have you looked at this post: http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=672103&SiteID=1

In that post, Marc describes how you can get this problem by installing reporting services and then the AT (this is how I understood your problem).
