I am having difficulty with requiring client certificates on the VSTF web services. Are there any known issues with this? I am attempting to have users authenticate with a smart card that contains their cert.

The Department of Defense just required all authentication to internally-facing HTTPS resources to be secured through the use of certificates (PKI). We've been using VSTS for a year now and now this product is on the chopping block because Visual Studio doesn't pass the certificate for authentication to the VSTF application tier.
