Did you follow the steps for moving to new hardware? here you have the article on MSDN http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms404869.aspx

As Luis said, you'll want to check that you followed the steps in the document he linked to.

In this case, both of your errors would appear to be problems with the database (pointing to the wrong one, or the database not being up and running, or something similar). When you attempted to hit ClientService and got the TF10216 error back, an entry should have been created in the Application event log on the application tier. Check that out, as it should give a more detailed error as to what's going on here.

Can you tell us which steps you did to move the databases? Can you confirm this is a dual-server setup?

This is a single machine deployment.

I followed a different link which saids only how to back up and restore. Then I saw the one about restoring to a different machine, there was a small change at the time of renaming the DT.

Well now some of the problems got solved, I can consume some of the webservices, but reports are still getting the same error.

When I try to open source control I get a 403 error: TF30059.

WorkItems and Builds work fine.

Even tough sharepoint is working correctly, the documents folder in Team Explorer isn't working.

I will format the computer again and see if it works.

To verify the the locations registered for Sharepoint and Reporting services, you can check the registration entries while logged into the server (app tier) - just hit this URL and invoke it (leave toolId blank)

http://localhost:8080/services/v1.0/registration.asmx?op=GetRegistrationEntries

If you scan the XML returned, you'll see entries (RegistratrionEntry elements) with Type values of Reports and Wss. The URL's in those elements (BaseReportsUrl, ReportsService, BaseServerUrl, BaseSiteUrl, WssAdminService) are the ones the client uses for accessing those services.

I formated the server, I might have done something wrong the first time.

It worked fine now.

Thanks
