TFS Server Setup Failure: - ENU -- Error 28002.Error unknown.

This is the third time I am trying to install TFS singler server setup. Everytime setup aborts with Retry or Cancel button. I have followed TFS install guide properly and have all the prerequisites installed. Please find the event log as well as excerpts from MSI log and Install log

Are you installing it in a domain?? it seems you are having problems getting the information of TFSSEtup account, if installed in a domain, is TFSSetup a local account? it must be a domain account with administrative privileges.

Did you ever solve this problem? If so what was the solution. I have the same problem getting TFS installed.

Well, I tried and tried. But couldn't install it by myself. So I had our sys admin helping me out to install. I am not very sure what all he did, finally we were able to install VSTS. Thanks to our sys admin. He told me that it had to do with domain login security settings.
