I need some information, We want to use TFS in no .net framework projects, for instance, C/SIDE. How we can do it?

You can install the Team Explorer client separately but there won't be integration with your IDE, unless the IDE supports the MSSSCI interface which would then provide you with source-control integration, see this post for more info about this:
