When I click the Finish button in the Domain-Specific Language Wizard ( New Project->Other Project Types->Extensibiltiy-> Domain Specific Language Designer) the result is the following Exception:

Zugriff verweigert(Exception from HRESULT:0x80070005(E_ACCESSDENIED)

After that, an empty solution is created.

I use the Septmeber 2006 1 Release of the Domain-Specifig Language Tools.

Just a guess here, are you running Vista RC1? I ask because of the Access Denied exception. Try running VS as admin (right click on vs icon, select Run as Administrator)
