How do I create a link to a VSTS versioned item that I can place in a local folder? Can I create create a URL of the form vsts://myTeam/latestversion.foo ?

Basically I'd like to be able to create a folder full of links to items under Team version control. (like the Links tab in the Work Item Task form)
