Looking for a good online book to convince my manager

Is there somebody how can give me a PDF version of the following book:

'Working with Microsoft Visual Studio 200 Team System' written by Richard Hundhausen.

Part of our company is already using Microsoft Team Foundation. We want to introduce this in other departments as well. Once I stumbled on a PDF version of the book mentioned above. I printed the document but forgot to download it. I want to make this document (or a similar book) acceccible via our intranet so others can have a look at it.

According to some information I found I should be able to get this document for free via my MSDN license but I cannot find it anywhere.

Thanks,

Arjan

I don't think it is a good idea buy or download book to try to convice your manager, I will try to explain, your manager just wants you increase your productivity and quality (the order will depends he), and there is no book talking about how your team (every team is different for my point of view), can increase this with Team System. I think the bes you can use to convince him for using TS, is first, you try to use the new "methodologies" or "ways-of-work" in your team, like can be unit testing, CI, and so on, and also study new capabilities of TFS like Work Items, tracking reports and so on, and expose to your boss how the team capabilities can use this tools, I don't think your manager will get to known the advantages of the tools by the tools itselves, but by how you can use them and how can they help your team.

And another advice, if you haven't use unit testing, CI, and so on before, don't try to impose all of them at a time, be careful and use one by one, it's not a quick process it will take its time, I would recommend you to read books about unit testing, agile methodologies and so on, written by people like Martin Fowler or Kent Beck, and then also read some Microsoft Press books about how to use Team System and Team Foundation.

Good luck隆隆隆隆隆隆隆隆隆
