Hi, I will try to explain you the differences, but also you can check them in MSDN.
Professional edition is a complete edition for "basic" development of Win applicacions, web, webservices, etc, you can do every kind of application with it, but that's all, just a complete version of development tools.
The Team suite, has the same of Professional edition, but has also a lot of tools more, for things like designing SOA architectures and keep them coordinated with your code and solutions, Unit testing tools, Web test tools, class diagrams also coordinated with the code and in the same tool (no need for Visio or anything else), code coverage and code profiling tools, load testing tools and so on, which is a more complex suite of products added.
So I would recommend you to take a look of the capabilities of Team Suite on the MSDN ande decide if you need all or some of them.
And yes, I think you shouldn't have any problem burning it with Nero.
