Team Foundation Server licensing question

The installation instructions list the prerequisites for installing TFS lists as:

Server Software	Purpose
Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (Standard or Enterprise Edition)	Database back-end for Team Foundation Server and Windows SharePoint Services.
Microsoft SQL Server 2005 hotfix	Updates SQL Server Analysis Services to support reporting more efficiently. This hotfix is included in Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 1 or available on the Team Foundation Server installation media. Microsoft SQL Server 2005 SP1 is recommended because it provides improved performance together with this required hotfix.
.NET Framework 2.0 hotfix KB913363	Update to ASP.NET to support handling large files more efficiently.
Windows SharePoint Services 2.0 with Service Pack 2	Hosts team project portal sites.
