How to deploy webservice

I have consumed a webservice in my application. I have created the websetup project for the application. I have to deploy the webservice with web setupproject. When i deploy, the webconfig file
in webservice should be included. After installing the webservice and Application and i have to make changes to the connection string in webservice manually.
