VB Express 2005 in italian - Offline installation not possibile ?

I seen english offline versione of Vb express , but in italian i see only the online setup.

how can i installa vb expres 2005 on a pc not connected to internet ?

You should download the ISO version, burn it to a CD, and install VB Express from the CD. A link to the Italian VB Express ISO follows:
