Registering Visual Studio Express Editions

I have not received a registration key via email

Have you received the email at all?

Try the following steps from the Registration FAQ:

"This could be occurring for several reasons:

You are not logged in with the same e-mail address you typed into the request form, so you don?? receive the e-mail in your inbox.

You may have typed the e-mail address incorrectly in the form.

Your ISP (Internet Service Provider) has a spam filter set up to block e-mails from Microsoft e-mail addresses.

The e-mail address from which this is sent is confirm@Profile.microsoft.com. Check to see if your ISP has filters set up to block this particular e-mail address. Additionally, check your inbox for any junk filter folders. Some mail applications have junk filter settings in place and direct suspect mail into a "junk mail" subfolder. For example, Microsoft Outlook has a folder called "Junk E-mail" and a Rule setting might be in place to send mail with addresses of "confirm@..." to your "Junk E-mail" folder."

I have no way of knowing if I received an email or not, we were going through an exchange server change-out. I lost a lot of information.

Being a government website, there are filters. I am not able to receive files with ".exe" extensions.

Would it be best if I clear my drive of the current application and reload from the website?

If you install from the manual instructions you do not need to register the product. This might help you if you are behind a government filter.
